Shipping policy

No free shipping is offered.  We are working to remove that wording from the website.

Candle orders - At the moment, we ship Australia wide only.

• Express shipping is at an additional cost.  Please use the contact form if you need express shipping .
• Shipping is with Australia Post. 

All other orders - Shipping is applied at checkout.  Please allow 2 full business days for processing plus 5 days for delivery.  

Returns - No exchange or refund unless item is damaged.  Use the contact  if you have any issues.  Returns are made at customer's own expense.
